Gingerbread spiced almonds!

These taste just like a gingerbread cookie, and they’re super-simple to make.  Just a few minutes of active time, and you’ve got yourself a huge batch that can be divided up, portioned out, and packaged to give as gifts.

It’s the kind of thing that everyone will love!

Just put the nuts in a big bowl and toss them together with all the things that make gingerbread taste so warm and familiar and comforting.  Molasses, cinnamon, ginger of course…  Then spread them out on a baking sheet and cook them low and slow, until they’re crisp and light and have absorbed all of that holiday flavor.

I’m giving mine in little mason jars, but you could also put them in cello bags.  Tie them up with a cute gift tag and a pretty ribbon.  Done!

Hope you and your loved ones enjoy this recipe idea!  Happy holidays!
