Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
Start your day off right with a Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie! Made with real pumpkin, Greek yogurt, warm spice, and a kick of espresso!
Good morning my friend! Today is an exciting day for my family. As I sit here typing, there’s a 4-man crew in my kitchen, getting ready to break down the wall that separates it from our living room. I am so thrilled! I have been fantasizing about this change since the day we bought this house almost 8 years ago.
To be honest, I’m so excited about it I can barely think about anything else. So I’m going to keep this short and sweet!
Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie!
It’s fall and we are all obsessed with the pumpkin spice latte in all its forms. I’ve seen PSL’s transformed into every kind of treat imaginable. For today’s recipe post, I’m sharing a smoothie version. It’s full of all the best things, like pure pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt for creaminess, warm spices (including my favorite, ginger) and espresso for that authentic coffee kick. It’s just like your favorite coffee house drink, but better!
This smoothie will really put a spring in your step! It’s a perfect way to start a warm fall day, or even as a healthy afternoon pick-me-up. Click on over to KitchenAid’s blog, The Kitchenthusiast, for the full recipe instructions and how-to.

do you slice the ginger first, or just blend in
Hey Carolyn! I have a pretty powerful blender so I just let that do the work for me. If you’re blender isn’t as strong, you might want to slice it first. Good luck!
