Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, protein powder, eggs, sugar, and salt.

Step 2

Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.

Step 3

Scoop the dough into balls, place on the prepared baking sheets, and flatten slightly.
