Have you ever had a Nutty Irishman before? It’s basically the best drink ever. Bailey’s Irish cream + Frangelico hazelnut liqueur. Swoon! I mean anything with Bailey’s, right? So creamy and sweet. But the hazelnut cuts it in the most incredible way. The roasty, warm notes are such a perfect compliment.

Ever since I first tried it years ago, I was hooked. It’s great as an after dinner drink, or you can add it to your coffee. And it’s even better with chocolate.

So, to me it just makes sense to add it to a smooth, tangy cream cheese frosting, and slather it all over the fudgiest, chocolate-iest brownies ever.

If you’re a regular reader, then you already know all about my favorite brownie recipe. I use it a ton as a base for other desserts. It’s so, so fudge-y, deeply chocolate-y, and dead simple to make.

I think you will absolutely love it with this Nutty Irishman treatment! It couldn’t be more perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.

Have a great one!
