Ingredients:

Fat from Turkey Drippings bButter All-Purpose Flour White Wine Stock Fresh Sage Onion Powder Poultry Seasoning Kosher Salt Black pepper

Step 1

After you make your turkey, remove it from the pan and pour the drippings into a fat separator.

Step 2

Add 1 tablespoon of fat from drippings and butter. Cook until browned, add flour.

Step 3

Whisk in the flour and continue to cook until golden brown.

Step 4

Slowly whisk in the pan juices, then the stock, making sure to whisk out any lumps.

Step 5

Whisk in the fresh sage, onion powder, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer the gravy until thickened.
