BEST EVER Quiche Lorraine

This best ever quiche Lorraine recipe is perfect for a spring brunch!

Homemade Pie Crust

8 slices of thick bacon


4 ounces Gruyere cheese

4 large eggs

2 scallions

1 1/2 cups milk and  1/4 cup heavy cream

salt and pepper

garlic powder

1 hour

Step 1

Prepare your pie crust, or use a store bought pie crust. 

Step 2

Spread bacon, scallions, and gruyere cheese on the bottom of the pie crust. 

Step 3

Combine the eggs, milk, cream, and seasoning.

Step 4

Pour egg mixture into pie crust. Bake for about 35 minutes at 375 F.

this quiche Lorraine has a flaky crust and plenty of smoky bacon and cheese.
