Cheese Puffs

These light as air cheese puffs are absolutely snack-able! 

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 tsp salt

1 cup flour

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 eggs

1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp garlic powder

TIME

50 minutes

Step 1

Place water, milk, butter, and salt in a medium pan. heat until melted. Then add the flour.

Step 2

Stir dough until you have a smooth ball of dough. Cook for a minute to get the rawness out of the flour.

Step 3

Mix in the eggs one at a time.

Step 4

Toss in the cheese and spices. Fold to combine.

Step 5

Pipe or spoon balls of dough onto prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

Top each with a sprinkle of cheese. Then bake for 25 minutes at 400 F.
