Chocolate  Cream

Granulated Sugar All-Purpose Flour Cake Flour Cocoa Powder Baking Powder Baking Soda Kosher Salt Unsalted Butter Eggs Greek Yogurt Vanilla Extract

Place the sugar, all-purpose flour, cake flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Step 1

Mix in the butter on low speed, until the mixture resembles moist crumbs.

Step 2

Add the eggs, one at a time. Scraping the sides of the bowl to incorporate.  Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla.

Step 3

Fill lined cupcake wells just over half full.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean or with moist crumbs. Cool completely before frosting.
