Cream of Mushroom Soup


Olive Oil & Butter Mushrooms Onion Worcestershire Sauce Garlic Powder Rosemary & Thyme Salt & Pepper Chicken Stock Heavy Cream

Cream of  Mushroom Soup

Step 1

Place the olive oil and butter in a large pan. Add mushrooms, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and rosemary (on the stem).

Step 2

Add thyme to pan with salt and pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are brown and the onions are translucent.

Step 3

Add the chicken stock and cream, then add to the blender.

Step 4

Puree until smooth.

Step 4

Garnish with truffle oil. Serve warm
