Step 1

Lightly dust your work surface with powdered sugar, and roll the fondant out to a thickness of about 1/8-inch.

Step 2

Use a 2 1/2-inch diameter cookie cutter to cut circles. Mark the  circles with a toothpick, for where the eyes and nose will go.

Step 3

Using royal icing in pink, yellow, black, and blue, to pipe the face.

Step 4

Top the cupcakes with buttercream, then press on a fondant topper.
