24 White Cupcakes 24 ounces white fondant 1/2 cup green sprinkles 72 easter egg candies 2 cups unsalted butter 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 8 cups powdered sugar 2 teaspoons almond extract  1/3 cup heavy cream

This cupcake starts with s simple white cupcake.

These cupcakes are frosted on all sides. You really need to use a frosting that can crust over.

My all-time favorite frosting to use is American Style buttercream.
