Easy  Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

An easy chocolate chip banana bread recipe  made in minutes!

2 cups all purpose flour

3/4 cups sugar

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp koscher salt

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips


3 tbsp Greek yogurt

3 bananas

1 tbsp milk

2 large eggs

6 tbsp melted butter

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt into a big bowl. Whisk together, then add chocolate chips.

Step 2

In a separate bowl mash the bananas.

Step 3

Add Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla to the mashed bananas.

Step 4

Whisk it all up until it’s nice  and smooth

Step 5

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and fold everything together until just a few streaks of flour remain.

Step 6

Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan. Reserve a few chocolate chips to sprinkle on top. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 F.

Step 7

Cool for about 20 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

bread is moist and perfect!
