Rhubarb
Granulated Sugar
Butter
All-Purpose Flour
Light Brown Sugar
Old-Fashioned Oats
Cinnamon

Step 1
Cut the rhubarb into 3/4-inch pieces and stir together with the sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Step 2
Melt the butter. Add flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 3
Toss together with a fork until combined and crumbly.
Step 4
Transfer the rhubarb to a baking dish and top with the crumb topping.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 F, or until the rhubarb is soft and bubbling.
