Step 1

Season the salmon  on the prepared pan and season with 1 teaspoon of salt, garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.

Step 2

Spoon or brush the sweet chili sauce over the salmon and roast until firm on the edges but still moist in the middle.

Step 3

Place the egg yolks in the cup of a blender and season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper, and lemon juice.
