Combine the hot sauce, water, chili powder, and salt in a large bowl or plastic bag. Pound the chicken breasts and coat the chicken breasts in the brine.

Heat a large pot of oil to 325 to 375 degrees F. oat them first in batter, then in seasoned flour.
Fry the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Dress the buns with mayonnaise and pickles. Add fried chicken, and enjoy!
