Homemade Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
2 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp Koscher Salt
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 drop green food coloring

Step 1
Place the cream in a large mixing bowl and whip on medium speed until it holds stiff peaks.
Step 2
Fold in the condensed milk, peppermint extract, salt.
Step 3
Add icing color, if using.
Step 4
Fold in the chopped chocolate.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-friendly container, and freeze until hard (about 2 hours).
