Step 1

 In medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the cubed chicken and toss until fully coated.

Step 2

Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Step 3

Add the butter, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to the pot. Whisk and simmer.
