Water Granulated sugar Fresh Cranberries

Sugared Cranberries

Combine the sugar and water in a small pot and cook over medium heat.

Step 1

 When the mixture is clear, remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Step 2

Toss the cranberries in the cooled syrup until coated.

Step 3

Remove the cranberries and drain on a wire rack. Allow the cranberries to dry until sticky to the touch

Step 4

Roll the cranberries in granulated sugar to coat.
