Place the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add butter and mix until it resembles sand.

Puree the bananas and add to the bowl.

Drain the juice from the pineapple.
Step 4
Add the banana pineapple, sour cream, and vanilla to the flour mixture. Mix on medium speed for about 1 minute.
Step 5
Divide the batter equally between the 3 prepared pans, and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
Step 6
Cool completely, fill & frost with cream cheese frosting, and garnish with chopped pecans and pineapple flowers.
