Light and Fluffy Whipped Cream Frosting
Fluffy and light this whipped cream frosting holds its shape. Made with just 3 simple ingredients.
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
Ingredients:
2 3/4 cup heavy cream
Whipped Cream Frosting

Step 1
Place the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl and beat on medium speed until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the heavy cream down the side of the bowl in a very slow and steady stream. Whipping on medium low speed.
Step 3
When all the cream has been added, turn the mixer up to medium-high and whip until the frosting holds stiff peaks.
Step 4
Fold in the vanilla extract, if using.
Perfect for cakes and cupcakes!
