1. Cream Cheese 2. Sugar 3. Cornstarch 4. Eggs 5. An additional egg yolk 6. Cream, and 7. Vanilla 8. Graham Cracker Crust

Line muffin tins with papers, and divide the mixture equally between 16 wells, pressing gently into the bottom.

Step 1

Place the cream cheese, sugar, and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl and mix on medium-low speed until smooth.

Step 2

Add the eggs, one at a time, scraping the bottom and sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula after each addition.

Step 3

Stir in the additional egg yolk, cream, and vanilla.

Step 4

Pour the batter over the crust. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Chill for 2 hours.
