If you like the flavor of lemon, these are the cupcakes for you! The cake is moist, light, lemon-y, and filled with a bright, citrus-y lemon curd.

Step 1

Place the cake flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl, and whisk to combine.

Step 2

Add the butter, and mix on medium-low speed until the mixture resembles damp sand.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing on medium speed.
