Unsalted Butter Granulated Sugar Kosher Salt Eggs Crushed Pineapple Soft Bread

Step 1

Place the butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl and cream together with an electric mixer until very pale and fluffy. Then whip in eggs.

Step 2

Fold in the pineapple.

Step 3

 Tear the bread into 1-inch pieces and fold it into the pineapple mixture.
