Place the cream cheese, brown sugar, salted caramel sauce, cornstarch, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Beat together on medium-low speed until smooth.

Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula, then beat in the first egg. Continue adding the eggs, one at a time.

Stir in the cream and vanilla.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Drizzle the cheesecake with the rest of the salted caramel sauce, drawing a skewer through the sauce to marble it.
Step 7
Place the unbaked cheesecake on a pan. Pour water into the larger pan and all around the cheesecake.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F, then lower the oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake for an additional 50 to 70 minutes.
