Step 1

Place the carrots on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Roast until browned.

Step 2

Place the butter, orange marmalade, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Step 3

Transfer the roasted carrots to a serving platter, then drizzle with the glaze and top with goat cheese and pistachios.
