Ingredients:

Chocolate  Cream

Unsalted Butter Granulated Sugar Eggs Vanilla Extract Almond Extract All-Purpose Flour Cornstarch Baking Soda Kosher Salt

 Place the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl and cream together on medium-high speed until very pale and fluffy (5 to 7 minutes).

Step 1

Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula, and add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and almond extract.

Step 2

Beat the mixture together on medium-high speed until smooth (about 1 minute).

 Stir in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt, until just barely combined.

Step 5

Transfer the dough to the prepared pan. Bake for 30 or until set and slightly golden around the edges but still soft towards the center.

Step 6

Cool completely, then cover with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles.
