Ingredients

  • 4 ounces brewed espresso, frozen in cubes
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, to taste
  • 1/2- inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons toasted pumpkin seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the pitcher of a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses and garnish with cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.
