Garnish with marshmallow and chocolate sauce, a dollop of fresh whipped cream, and some graham cracker crumbs, and you have a sweet summer pick me up that can't be beat!

Ingredients
16ouncesbrewed coffee or espresso(2 cups), sweetened to taste
Pour the coffee into a square baking dish, cover tightly, and freeze overnight or until solid.
Turn the frozen coffee out onto a cutting board (you may need to wrap it in a hot towel), and chop into a few pieces.
Feed the pieces into a food processor fitted with a grating blade.
Drizzle the marshmallow sauce and chocolate syrup into the serving glasses. Lightly spoon the coffee granita over, and top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
