Instructions
Place the butter, brown sugar, and nutmeg in a small bowl and mix together with a fork.
Divide the mixture evenly between 2 mugs.
Pour an ounce of whiskey into each of the 2 mugs.
Place a teabag in each mug and pour the hot water over. Allow to steep for 4 minutes.
Stir, and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon sticks.
