- 4 ounces white chocolate
- 12 ounces milk
- 8 ounces brewed coffee or espresso
- whipped cream, for garnish
- white chocolate shavings*, for garnish
Chop the white chocolate roughly and place an equal amount in each of 2 large mugs.
Pour the milk over the white chocolate, and heat the mixture in the microwave** for about 90 seconds, or until hot and steamy.
Stir until the white chocolate has melted completely and is incorporated with the milk.
Stir in the hot coffee or espresso, and garnish with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings*.

*To make chocolate shavings, run a veggie peeler down the side of a chocolate bar.
**Can also be heated in a small pot on the stove, over low heat. Stir frequently!
