For the pear cranberry filling
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 pears, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch dice
- 3/4 cups sweetened dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Make the filling:
