  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Roll the cookie dough out to a thickness of 1/8-inch, and cut into shapes using a spiderweb cutter.  
  • Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets for 10 minutes; cool completely.
  • Thin the royal icing with a few drops of water, if necessary.
  • Decorate the cookies as demonstrated here.
