Melon in Tea with Mint and Blueberries

Make this elegant fruit salad for your next brunch! Melon balls are soaked in sweet tea, and accented with sweet blueberries and herbal mint. It's simple as can be, and so refreshing! Naturally gluten- and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 6 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 cup Pure Leaf Sweet Tea

Instructions

  • Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds with a metal spoon.  Use a melon baller to cut the melon into small pieces.
  • Place the melon balls in a large bowl, along with the blueberries and mint.
  • Drizzle with Pure Leaf Sweet Tea, and toss to coat.
