This S'mores Frappuccino Granita couldn't be easier to make or more refreshing! There's no need to scrape, and you can make the coffee ice just as sweet or strong as you like. Garnish with marshmallow and chocolate sauce, a dollop of fresh whipped cream, and some graham cracker crumbs, and you have a sweet summer pick me up that can't be beat!

  1. Pour the coffee into a square baking dish, cover tightly, and freeze overnight or until solid.

  2. Turn the frozen coffee out onto a cutting board (you may need to wrap it in a hot towel), and chop into a few pieces.

  3. Feed the pieces into a food processor fitted with a grating blade.

  4. Drizzle the marshmallow sauce and chocolate syrup into the serving glasses.  Lightly spoon the coffee granita over, and top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
