These cinnamon pecans are light, crunchy, and just sweet enough. Perfect for snacking, as a garnish for salads or veggies, or as an easy homemade gift.

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.

  2. Place the pecans in a large mixing bowl, and add the egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, water, and salt. 

  3. Stir together until all the nuts are coated with the glaze.

  4. Transfer the pecans to the prepared baking sheet and spread out into an even layer. 

  5. Bake for 90 minutes, then allow to cool until crisp. 

  6. Keep cooled cinnamon pecans in cellophane bags or airtight containers.
