Ingredients

  • 1 /2 cups crushed ice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed (juice of 1/2 lime)
  • 8 ounces ginger beer
  • 1 slice lime (optional garnish)
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Instructions
