Pina Colada Berry Smoothie

- 3 ounces coconut water
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (I used vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup fresh pineapple (or canned pineapple tidbits, drained)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Whip until smooth.
Serve immediately.
If you are using a fresh banana instead of frozen, you may want to cut back on the coconut water a little, to achieve the proper consistency.
Be sure to layer the ingredients in the blender in the above stated order, with softest/liquid ingredients on the bottom, and larger, frozen solid ingredients on top. This helps the machine to process everything more easily.
