Best ever recipe for carrot cake with cream cheese frosting! Moist and light, with just the right amount of spice. Filled and iced with a sweet and tangy frosting.

Step 1

Place the butter and brown sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer, and whip on medium-high speed.

Step 2

Mix in the eggs, one at a time, stopping to scrape the bottom.

Step 3
