Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients:

Chocolate  Cream

All-Purpose Flour Kosher Salt Unsalted Butter Vegetable Oil Ice Water Apples Granulated Sugar Lemon Juice Cinnamon

Dutch Apple Pie

 Prepare pie crust. Refrigerate for one hour. Crimp the edges.

Step 1

Peel, quarter, and cut out the cores of the apples.

Step 2

Toss together in a large bowl with sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.

Step 3

Transfer the filling to the prepared pie shell and chill.

Step 5

Make the crumb topping: Melt butter, then add flour, sugar cinnamon and salt.

Step 6

Toss together with a fork and sprinkle over the top of the pie. Bake at 425 for 55-75 minutes.
