- 4 ounces cold water
- 3 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup greens (such as kale or spinach)
- 1 fresh clementine orange, peeled
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 10 thin slices of fresh pineapple
- 1 fresh oranges, sliced
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Place the water, dates, and oats in the blender, and allow to soak for 15-20 minutes.
Add the Greek yogurt, greens, orange, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and ginger, and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and garnish with pineapple slices, orange slices, coconut, and chia seeds.
