- 24 ounces tortilla chips (2 bags)
- 1 batch Easy Chili Recipe
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 bag)
- 15.5 ounces salsa (1 jar)
- 1/2 batch Best Guacamole Recipe
- 2 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Arrange an even layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
Spoon about half the chili over the chips.
Sprinkle about half the cheese over the chili.
Arrange a second layer of chips on top, and layer with the remaining chili and cheese.
Bake the nachos in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chili is warmed through.
Drizzle salsa over the nachos.
Arrange the jalapeno slices over the nachos.
Place a dollop of guacamole and sour cream on top of the nachos.
Tear the fresh cilantro into smaller pieces and sprinkle over the top of the nachos.
Serve immediately.
