Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Place the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Using a pastry blender, two knives, or your fingers, cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
Combine the BAILEYS™ Coffee Creamer Frosted Vanilla Cookie and egg together in a separate bowl.
Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients, and stir to combine.
When the dough forms a ball and pulls away cleanly from the sides of the bowl, transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
Pat the dough down into a disc about 2 inches high.
Using a large chef's knife or dough scraper, score the dough into 6 equal triangles.
Bake for 20-24 minutes, or until golden brown around the bottom edges.
Top with glaze and garnish.
