Ingredients

  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ pound ham chopped
  • ¼ pound Genoa salami chopped
  • ¼ pound capicola chopped
  • ¼ pound provolone chopped
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes quartered
  • ½ cup banana peppers, sweet or hot pickled pepper strips, or pepperoncino chopped
  • ¼ red onion medium, finely minced
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped

Instructions

  • Whisk the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning together in a large bowl.
  • Add the ham, salami, capicola, provolone, tomatoes, peppers, and onion, and toss to combine.
  • Place the lettuce on top, cover, and chill until just before serving.
  • Stir in the lettuce and serve.
