- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ pound ham chopped
- ¼ pound Genoa salami chopped
- ¼ pound capicola chopped
- ¼ pound provolone chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes quartered
- ½ cup banana peppers, sweet or hot pickled pepper strips, or pepperoncino chopped
- ¼ red onion medium, finely minced
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
Whisk the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning together in a large bowl.
Add the ham, salami, capicola, provolone, tomatoes, peppers, and onion, and toss to combine.
Place the lettuce on top, cover, and chill until just before serving.
Stir in the lettuce and serve.
