Whisk together the cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Some of the spices can clump, like ginger, so whisk to rid the clumps.
Pour the spice mixture into your desired spice jar or container that seals well. A small funnel will make this easier.
The pumpkin pie spice will last until the spices used to make it expiration dates, usually about 1 year. Store at room temperature in a cool dry place.
