Use this homemade taco seasoning in a variety of recipes such as tacos, taco dip, or even chili!

kosher salt

Optional: ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper, if using, to a small bowl or jar.
Stir or shake until thoroughly combined.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
Notes
Use 2 to 3 tablespoons seasoning per pound of ground meat, along with ⅓ to ½ cup water or broth while cooking.
