  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, and onion powder together in a small bowl to combine.
  • Split the croissants horizontally, and brush a little of the butter mixture on the cut sides of the croissants.
  • Place the croissant bottoms in a large, oven-safe baking dish.
  • Pile on the ham, dividing evenly between all 6 croissants.
  • Top with Swiss cheese.
  • Cover with the croissant tops, brushing more of the butter mixture on top and sprinkling with poppy seeds.
  • Bake until the cheese is melted and the tops of the croissants are turning toasty golden-brown (approx. 15 minutes).
  • Glaze the sandwich tops once more with any remaining butter mixture and serve.
