Mimosa

A good mimosa makes any morning feel special, bubbly, light and bright with orange juice. Simple to make, perfect for cozy brunches

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle sparkling wine Cava, Prosecco or Cremant are good options
  • 24 ounces orange juice pulp-free recommended

Instructions

  • Pour 3-4 ounces of orange juice into a champagne flute.
  • Top with 3-4 ounces of sparkling wine and stir briefly.
  • Garnish as desired and serve.

Notes

Adjust the ratio of orange juice to sparkling wine to fit your own tastes. 
If desired, chill the glasses in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
