My easy Berry Blondies are rich and buttery, full of deep brown sugar flavor and swirls of strawberry jam. They bake up chewy and soft, with crisp edges and a gooey, jam-filled center that makes each bite feel special.

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Mist a 9x9-inch baking pan with non-stick spray, and line it with parchment paper.
  • Place the brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in the flour, baking powderbaking soda, and salt.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan, smoothing it in an even layer.
  • Vigorously stir the jam to loosen it to a pourable consistency, then drizzle it over the blondie batter.
  • Use a skewer or the point of a sharp knife to swirl the jam into the blondie batter.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until set around the edges but still very wobbly towards the center.
  • Cool completely and cut into squares.
