Chocolate Pecan Tart

Make this Chocolate Pecan Tart for your next gathering!  You'll love the crunchy Chocolate Cookie Crust and the gooey Pecan filling.  Full of deep, rich flavor from Brown Sugar, Honey, and Maple Syrup.

Chocolate Pecan Tart with Chocolate Cookie Crust- No corn syrup here, just brown sugar, honey, and maple. And a little hint of bourbon ;)

Good morning my friends!  I know it's not like me to post two days in a row but this was too good to keep secret for another second!

I made this Chocolate Pecan Tart over the weekend for my friend Joanne from Fifteen Spatulas.  She's been going through a heck of a time lately.  She had surgery a week or so ago and it's been really tough for her.  I can totally relate because I went through something sorta similar last year (but not nearly as bad).  I remember how great it was to have friends to help keep my blog up and running while I recovered, so I really wanted to pay it forward.  Or, I guess, backward.  ???

Anyhow this tart came out really great and it was pretty easy to make too!  I loved how the brown sugar, honey, and maple gave it a really deep flavor, and the chocolate cookie crust made it so unique and almost brownie-like.  I'd love it if you'd click over and take a peek!

And while you're there please give Joanne some love.  She's one of the sweetest ladies ever, and super talented to boot.  You guys will really dig her step-by-step tutorials and she has an awesome YouTube channel too!
