Strawberry Orange Blossom Sparkler #BrunchWeek #Giveaway
This strawberry orange blossom sparkler is a special drink the whole family can enjoy. The flavors of sweet, seasonal strawberry and floral orange blossom combine with sparkling water in the most refreshing way! It’s the perfect non-alcoholic offering for your brunch table this Mother’s Day.
Happy Friday, foodie friends! I’m closing out brunch week with another drink recipe!
Welcome to the third annual #BrunchWeek hosted by Terri from Love and Confections and Shaina from Take A Bite Out Of Boca. We are so excited to have you join us this year! Celebrate Brunch with us this week as we prepare for Mother’s Day. 30 Bloggers from around the country will showcase their best brunch dishes, from cocktails to casseroles, breakfast breads, sandwiches and salads – there is something for everyone!
This one’s every bit as easy to throw together as the last one, and every bit as fun, fancy, and delish, but without any of the alcohol. That’s right! It’s a mocktail! Virgin! Non-alcoholic!
So, if maybe you’ve got a bun in the oven this Mother’s Day? Or you want to be able to serve something special to the kiddos at your brunch? Or maybe you’re just not down with getting plastered at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. I got you.
Sweet and seasonal strawberries are muddled with a little sugar, orange blossom water adds a unique, slightly floral essence, and the whole thing is topped off with fizzy water.
You’re going to LOVE how refreshing this drink is. And it’s just sweet enough. Not syrupy, just bubbly, light, and perfect for spring.
I want to thank Nielsen-Massey and Dixie Crystals for inspiring this post, as well as all the many other Brunch Week sponsors. There were so many fabulous ingredients to work with, I had trouble choosing! And of course major snaps to Terri and Shaina for making this all happen.
I hope you enjoy what the #BrunchWeek Bloggers cooked up today!

Allie, this is seriously so lovely, I think this might really be my fave of the week. So beautiful and refreshing!
Aw thank you so much my dear! xoxo
I make a super custardy quiche with goat cheese and tons of fresh herbs. The secret ingredient is brushing Champagne Mustard on the cooked and cooled crust before adding the filling and baking again. It’s wonderful! I love to Brunch with my friends Vanita and Gayle. They bring happy attitudes and colorful stories!
Oh my gosh that sounds amazing! Anything with goat cheese is so up my alley and that champagne mustard trick is so clever! I hope you have a great one, Meg! Thanks so much!

This couldn’t be more perfect! My parents are driving up from FL for a visit (they just called and said they’d be here in an hour). And I have all of the ingredients on hand! I’m so making this for them when they get in! I’m sure they’ll love this after a long drive.
Oh I love that! I’m so happy to know that you’ll be making this for your mom and dad. If I’d been on a long car journey I think I’d be so happy to have one of these! Hope they enjoy and thanks for this comment Kathleen 🙂

This is definitely my kind of summer (or any time!) drink, Allie. I don’t always feel like alcohol, but want something that still tastes a little special. This fits the bill pefectly!

An alternative to getting plastered at 10:30 in the morning, I love it! 🙂 Also loved your “about me” video, just watched it.
Oh thanks! I’m blushing, lol. I know it’s a little corny. I made it for a potential client and showed it to some friends, and they convinced me I should put it on my blog. Eep!
So pretty!! I love anything bubbly. 🙂
Same here! Thanks so much dear!
Allie, this is so pretty and sounds delicious! I don’t have a bun in the oven, but since I don’t drink alcohol, it’s so up my alley! My kids will also love this 🙂
Yay! Thanks Aida! I don’t always want alcohol either. I made another batch of these yesterday afternoon and served them to my mom and kids. It was a perfect pick-me-up on a hot day 🙂
How pretty is this drink?
Thank you! I thought so too and it was so refreshing as well 🙂
Such a gorgeous sparkling beverage! My husband and I aren’t huge “drinkers” so this is perfect. I can’t wait to check out some more of your BrunchWeek recipes! 🙂 Hope you had a fabulous Mother’s Day!
Hope you did too Meggan! Thanks so much and I’m so happy you like this! 🙂
What a great recipe! I love all the flavors happening in this stunning spring beverage. By the way, I just watched your “about” video. You did a great job! Love your kitchen.
Aw thank you! I am a little embarrassed by the video! Some friends twisted my arm into doing it, lol!

Love this recipe and would love to make it on a bigger scale for New Year’s Eve. I’d love to put this out for any non-drinkers. Any idea how make this so I can serve it in a beverage dispenser or a punch bowl? Thanks!!
Sounds like a great idea, Michelle! I would just leave out the ice so it doesn’t get too watery. Maybe keep an ice bucket/tongs next to the punch bowl, so your guests can ice their own drinks & serve themselves. Hope that’s helpful! Happy New Year!
